Let's finally allow technology, AI, and automation to do their thing and buy us the thing nobody thought could be bought.

I’ve learned that true, long-term success happens when all parties are aligned with the same objectives. While people often use the term "win/win" as a catchphrase, they rarely mean it—especially when faced with tough challenges. In life, and in many businesses, success usually comes at the expense of someone else. Often, there are winners and losers. However, I’ve found success (you can look up those results) by ensuring that all relationships and transactions move towards a genuine win/win. The key is to leverage both technology and way of thinking to eliminate as much wasted time as possible and focus on creating real value—so there's enough of a win for everyone involved.
This is my promise to all existing and future customers, employees, investors, and to our families and communities: I will always fight for the win/win and will continuously adapt to create even more value by eliminating wasted time. -Tom Famularo, CEO and Founder, Cap20ai LLC

Act quickly, learn and adapt

Those who remember pre-internet life forget how much efficiency it delivered; today many can’t imagine living without constant connectivity. The leap with AI is even larger: it will redefine how we work and live. When AI not only assists but drives our processes, we unlock unmatched efficiency and innovation—smarter, faster solutions. A world without AI will soon be unimaginable. The main obstacle is human resistance—culture, egos, fear, perceived risk—but the real risk is failing to adopt. Organizations that don’t adapt will fall behind; the future belongs to those who fully leverage AI. At Cap20AI, everything—from simple tasks to innovation—starts and ends with AI.
Modern software has evolved from rigid, hard-coded logic to flexible experiences powered by rules engines and data-driven processes. Yet in practice, systems remain fundamentally static—predetermined by human designers. The next seismic shift is AI-driven and dynamic: software that responds in real time, drawing data from anywhere to find the most direct and efficient paths, delivering tailored user experiences, automated decisions, and streamlined business processes at scale.
Why not just the "I"? We believe that people matter as much and we cannot lose the human touch.
I’ve been lucky to work with some amazing people throughout my career. About 25 years ago, my CFO said to me, “You know too much.” At first, I took it as a compliment, but later I realized he was telling me something deeper. Since then, I’ve made it a point to challenge the “because that’s how we do it” thinking and always keep learning.
I’ve had a front-row seat to some of the toughest challenges businesses face—keeping up with change, using tech to evolve, and building sustainable growth. Along the way, I’ve spent countless hours experimenting, failing, and learning. It’s now second nature for me to question the status quo. If I had to pick a favorite book, Think Again by Adam Grant would top the list—it’s all about rethinking and learning, which is right up my alley.
This mindset helped me start a company, sell it for nearly $200M, and continue growing it for almost 5 more years. Now, I want to share what I’ve learned with anyone who can benefit—whether you're an entrepreneur building something new, managing a team within an organization, or just starting out and figuring things out as you go. Wherever you are in your career, I hope my experiences and insights can help you do some great things.
Unfortunately, there is only enough room here to share the tip of the iceberg for each topic. I can assure you that there are proven results and insightful depth / details below the surface for each and every topic.
Thank you,
